Heather Smith is the founder & chief strategist of Lady Luxe Inc., a social media, PR, branding & product development firm based in Boulder, Colorado.

Lady Luxe Inc. is devoted to ‘social media for the socially responsible’ and works with companies that share a commitment to ethical business practices such as sustainability, and eco-consciousness.  Many of her clients are in the beauty, fashion, natural products & retail niches.

She is passionate about her clients’ brands, creating a buzz and going viral in the digital world.

With the various social media platforms Heather has set up for her clients, they have seen immediate results that have run the gamut, based on the specific goals, of new customers coming through a retailer’s doors, to exponential exposure of a brand’s new product launch to garnering valuable feedback and insight for consumer and market research.

Most recently Heather published an article in Global Cosmetics Industry on Building Social Media platforms.  Lady Luxe Inc has also been profiled as a top social media firm in both The Boulder County Business Report and Global Cosmetic Industry.  Heather has spoken at The New York International Gift Show 2009 on social media and will be speaking at Natural Products Expo East in Boston, this fall 2009 on “Tweet Smarts.”

Heather has garnered some fabulous press for many of her clients including features in: Lucky Magazine, DailyCandy.com, InStyle, Cookie, Natural Health,  ApartmentTherapy.com & TreeHugger.com.  She has also appeared on the CBS Early Show as well as QVC.

Heather holds a Masters of Science degree from Tufts University and a Bachelors of Science degree form The University of Massachusetts.
